The ideation is the compilation of problem statement, user persona and customer journey as these are the initial stages that determines the rest of the steps.
The steps that include designing are styleguide, wireframes, and design itself. These steps determine the appearance of the page.
After ideation and designing, the last step includes prototype, reviews, and handover, wherein, the site is handed over to the client after review.
User interface / user experience process
One can only get solutions or necessary information when questions are asked. Hence, in our designing process, we probe the clients to bring out their hidden vision about the project and strive to reflect it in the project. The questions include business goals, metrics, pain points as well as competitive advantages.
This step includes or answers the question “who are you designing for?” by building an understanding of the end users. Once this information is compiled, the designs are prepared accordingly.
User’s interaction with the product is also very important and is sometimes a critical task. By customer journey, we strive to create the smoothest and easy to navigate website as we understand the mindsets of the end-users. Hence, even the roadmap is also crafted in consideration of the customer journey.
A well-designed brand comes in layers as they provide good readability to the viewers. One of the most essential documents any business can have is a brand styleguide, yet many don’t have one. It consists of all the necessary information, whether it be a website, advertisement, internal memo, or whatever else, this little document will make your work ethics crystal clear.
Wireframing is the stage where we finally transform our ideas into reality by creating layouts along with the content. This maybe a just a testing page but can give a lot of insights about the appearance, design and the product itself.
A design is just a compilation of the previous stages of colour selection, layout, ideas, and many more, as without them a UI cannot be crafted by a designer. All of these components together will attract the appropriate audience towards the website.
Finally, we come to the stage where the UIs are created as per the wireframes and are ready for the feedbacks. The prototype will consist our ideation of your vision and product you want to showcase.
Once the prototype is sent, reviews or suggestions are received by the client. These suggestions are then implemented and again shared for reviewing to them until they are satisfied with it. The reviews are given in respect to the targeted audience.
After the clients are completely contented, the last step is handing over the website to the client so that it can be launched in the market.
